**OD CSV to Env** converts a single column csv (excel file) to an envelope:

Options:

  * Input CSV File: CSV Text File, 1 value per line, see image below

  * Output Env File: Env File to save, which can then be loaded as envelope anywhere required
  * FPS: Frames per second of the resulting envelope
