**OD Show Image Connections** gives a summary of where images are being used.  This plugin is a generic Layout plugin as well as a Modeler plugin:

Options:

  * The Treelist: Shows you a summary of all the images and their connections
  * Open Image folder: Opens an explorer window at the location of selected image
